PROCESS: Production Cycle

Step 1 We collect donated and discarded denim from our Te Kohu community and local thrift stores.
Step 2 Everything is professionally disinfected and laundered through our local laundromat. Their eco-friendly systems mean they actively reduce water waste and use non-harmful detergents.
Step 3 Garments are sorted by colour and then stored in our design studio. As we make each Te Kohu piece, we carefully select the perfect jeans and begin to deconstruct.
Step 4 Our clothing is handmade and created in studio using industrial grade equipment.  With no two items looking the same, we guarantee that every piece is a one-off original.
